I like, no love randomness and spontaneity in life… but on the other hand I also love a sense of order and predictability. I mean I guess that’s what explains the behavior of a Gemini, not that I believe in the whole zodiac sign bullshit but it gives me something to blame my sense of extremities on. I love chaos but I also love being organized. I literally swing from one end to the other and the middle is where I’d die of normcore boredom. So one day you’ll see me cooking up a gourmet storm and the other I’ll be like just eat your darn toast.
That’s what you should expect out of this blog too…one day a cute floral arrangement tutorial or little gift tags and the next hardcore Michelin star chef recipes (toned down by moi to 5-6 steps of course)
Today is one of those days where I’m loving the weather cause it’s not freaking cold outside. It has been bloody cold the last few weeks. I mean let’s just admit it "No one likes you February! Piss off and let March take over already!!". With March comes spring and with spring comes brunching season. Well at least the start of it.
Eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles, mimosas, bloody mary's and warm croissants (no one has the time to stand in line for cronuts). So in the spirit of all things spring I give you ‘The Spring Brunch’.
